Young professional or grad-student preferred.
Property is shared by three good friends, and we currently need a roommate. We are an artist, a jewelry designer and a molecular biology grad student (odd group right?). The artist and designer live in the front house, and the grad student in the back . We are a very social group and there is a lot of common interaction between the houses - much of our time is spent in the back yard. We are three motivated, hard-working people, but always have a great time. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful and has similar values to ours. It is a great apartment, spacious, clean, and lots of light.
